Great service

Great service is so important which includes customer care - something which in my experience is sadly lacking in many companies but not in Homefire. The purchasing process was straightforward and communication excellent; delivery was quick and the driver who delivered was friendly, polite, helpful and had character. I highly recommend Homefire.

This year we ordered 12 bags of wood

This year we ordered 12 bags of wood , the bags were not completely full like last years. We compared last year's 60L bags with this year bags. We found the log were smaller and there was less in the bags by at leased 5 logs also the cost was more. The delivery service and driver was the best , very helpful.

Ordered 15x 10kg bags

Easily ordered 15x 10kg bags of Brazier coal. Easy weight to move around, store etc. Delivery driver was very helpful. Great shopping experience.
