Phase 1 of "Stay Warm This Winter" successfully completed! Fire logs in, stored and space waiting for next load(s) to be ordered whenever there is a best price or great deal!! Delivery worked well, wish their info came with my full address on to avoid having to check it's not going to Bedford . . . but apparently it's only me that doesn't see the whole delivery address . . . LOVE LEKTO woods! The best!!

Order 1521202. This was delivered last week but a box of firelighters was missing from the order. I sent an email and one of your service advisors pointed out this box was on the top of my pallet from the photo the delivery driver took. This box is clearly a fire log box and there were no firelighters on the pallet. Surely your staff can differentiate between which box is which product.

We're truly sorry to hear that the Natural Firelighters box is missing. :(
Upon checking the tracking information, we can see that the proof of delivery photo appears to show two boxes stacked on top of the pallet: the smaller box at the front looks like the Natural Firelighters box, with the Fire logs box behind it.
We will contact the Palletways company to investigate this matter and will get back to you as soon as possible with an update.
