I visit Majestic every few months and the service is always excellent, whoever is serving. I am always asked if I need any help, or if I would like to sample any of the wines open and never hassled however long I take. My time is always well spent because without fail, the play list is superb and always unique. Finally I am always asked if I need help loading the wine in the car. You’re not the cheapest but great staff and good service are important and valued.

A very easy to use app, only 2 QR choice to show on request, transport or attraction. Plenty of attraction choice to suit all ages and groups.
Needs a smart phone to use it effectively.

Appalling customer service and a totally unacceptable response to my complaint from your supposedly 'Customer Service' department. I will not be using your services any further and my abysmal customer experience will be shared with a much wider community. Overall - dreadful!
