Earned my trust
Went to Gates tyres at Lillyhall. Super fast and friendly service for my MOT. Booked online super easy. Checked the car in in a few minutes max and headed out instead of waiting. Got a call about an hour or so later to let me know my car had passed with a defect and they would explain more when I picked it up. No rush to pick it up either. The lovely chap on the desk explained everything so that I understood. They had every opportunity to rip me off and fail me unless I paid for parts but they didn't. 100% will use again. It's hard to find a trustworthy garage, especially as someone who knows exactly 2 things about cars - how to drive it and the colour.

Jason and his team were brilliant
Jason and his team were brilliant, MOT carried out swiftly and honestly, new tyres fitted with no pressure on any particular brand just honest advice.
Had to pop back after to get a rebalance as the rears were off by 10grams but even that was no problem and Jason kept me updated all the way. Highly recommend

Great service with excellent prices.
I used their online service to order new front tyres which are non standard and usually expensive. They had good quality Sumitomo at really the best proces I could find. Fitting was the day following the order. Also they leak sealed and put new valves on as previously they were leaking air. Excellent fitting and friendly staff. Great job.
