Slick Tyres fitted fast on the drive !
Had two tyres fitted on my drive to my old classic temporarily non running XJ6 . Arrived on time , gave advance warning of arrival , carefuly jacked up the car and got on with the job . The old perished tyres were off in no time and the correct new ones fitted fast . The guy who did the job was local, very slick and professional, despite it being a blazing hot day for which he accepted a cold drink . Booked and paid for the two tyres online and as such got a 10% discount. Subsequently got a full tyre report and invoice via e mail . Would highly recommend and do this again, as I was very impressed at how slick and easy it was , excellent customer service.

Booked online for 4 tyre changes on the same day, fitted within the hour at Bulwell, Nottingham Store, by Lance. Amazing, quick service. Lance was very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Dishonesty and wasting time
Called on Friday to book a battery replacement and explicitly asked whether they could code the new battery. They took my registration, said they’d order it, and told me I’d get a call in around three working days. No reference, no email that anything was ordered.
After hearing nothing, I called back on Wednesday and was told they can fit the battery but can’t code it. Even worse, the original staff member claimed he’d already told me that, which is simply untrue.
If I’d been given the correct information on Friday, I wouldn’t have wasted nearly a week waiting. Poor communication, misinformation, and a complete waste of my time.

Great experience at St Helens Kwik Fit, turned up on the chance to see if they could do my wifes air conditioning recharge on a Toyota aygo. They were friendly and accommodating. Would definitely use them again. Great experience.

Although my experience at their Dundee…
Although my experience at their Dundee Perth Road branch was less than a happy one I have to say their speedy resolution of my complaint could not be faulted. I think that says more about the company than anything. Their Regional Manager called me, listened to my complaint leaving me full of admiration as to how things should be done.
