MANUFACTURERS FAULTS
Mrs Brierley -)A few issues occurred with repairs previously completed due to manufacturers faults. The lads at Crewe took care of everything ,with precision and knowledge ..Nothing was too much trouble .Even went to get a replacement part whilst I waited so that I wouldn't be without my car ..Well done lads !!

I had a genuinely awful experience at this garage, and I would strongly advise people to think twice before using their services.
I came in simply to have my car battery replaced. Before any work was done, I was quoted £98 including fitting. I agreed to that price and waited with my wife and young daughter in extremely cold weather while the work was carried out.
When I went to pay, I was suddenly told the total was £162. I questioned the difference and explained that I had only agreed to the battery replacement. I was then presented with additional charges for work I had never requested or agreed to.
As someone who was not confident speaking English at the time, I felt completely taken advantage of. What made the situation even worse was the way I was treated when I explained that I did not have enough money with me and needed to go and get the rest. I was told that my car would not be released until I paid.
I was there with my wife and young daughter, and the attitude of the staff was deeply upsetting. I expected a basic, honest service—not to feel pressured, humiliated, and treated as though my lack of English made me an easy target.
The issue is not simply the extra £64. It is the lack of transparency, the failure to obtain my agreement for additional work, and the way I was spoken to and treated.
I will never return to this garage, and I would not recommend it to anyone who expects fair pricing, clear communication, and basic respect. There are plenty of other places where customers deserve to be treated better.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was able to book my car in at short notice and luckily fixed quickly on the day. Highly recommend this garage.

MOT visit

Great all round experience.
Great Team, great service, great price. Four tyres fitted with great care taken over my alloys. Brake fluid sorted at the same time. The team noticed my coolant was low and topped it up with no extra charge.

I always enjoy taking my car there
I always enjoy taking my car there. I find them to be friendly, honest and reliable. They always keep me informed on the progress, cost and when it's ready to be collected. I was able to phone up on the bank holiday Monday and book it in for the following Saturday. I dealt with Martin who was extremely friendly and helpful, as are all the staff who work there
