I decided to replace my Continental Run flats with new normal tyres ordered through BlackCircles and when arriving at Formula One I asked to keep the old ones as they were in very good condition (2 were 2 years old and the other 2 were less than a year old) and I was selling them. After 20 minutes they called and asked me if I still wanted to keep them, said I had already said this. When I collected my car I noticed damage to the outer rim of one of my alloys. They are sprayed gloss black. The paint came off with my finger and you could see it was new fresh damage and rough marks around the rim. He said that it was already there which was untrue and when getting home all 4 alloys were damaged and also one of the tyres they removed. It took 2/3 months to get Blackcircles to pay for their refurbishment. Will never use FormulaOne again

Excellent, honest service from Formula 1 Auto Centre Doncaster
I recently had an issue with a tyre after getting a nail in it, and the RAC came out to me. I was charged £156 for the replacement tyre and call-out, and was also told that I needed another two tyres changing.
I subsequently took my car to Formula 1 Auto Centre in Doncaster to have the other two tyres replaced. However, after inspecting them, they told me that the tyres still had over three months' worth of wear left in them and, importantly, they refused to replace them simply because they didn't believe it was necessary.
I was really impressed by their honesty. They could easily have changed the tyres and taken my money, but instead they were completely upfront and told me I would effectively be wasting my money.
It's refreshing to find a garage that puts the customer before profit. The staff were honest, professional and gave me confidence that I was being given genuine advice rather than being sold work I didn't need.
I would definitely recommend Formula 1 Auto Centre Doncaster to anyone looking for a trustworthy garage. I'll certainly be using them again. I am a female driver and rely on the honesty and integrity of the garage i use. Excellent service and integrity — 5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic service
Can’t thank the team here enough for coming to my rescue with a puncture Rang them in a panic on Saturday afternoon and was told to bring it straight in and they would sort it out. They were friendly and professional and couldn’t do enough to get me back on the road quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future. You really went above and beyond, thank you for quickly coming to my rescue.
