I visited the brentwood shop on 5th…

I visited the brentwood shop on 5th November 2026.
I needed wheel alignment and Jack looked after me very well. I also had a problem with a damaged wheel locking nut and he was able to give me useful advice. I am impressed with the comfortable and clean waiting arera and the provision of customer toilets. I strongly recommend F1 Autocentre.

Do not use this garage as they take no responsibility for their actions!

Went to this place as they do 4wheel alignment. Left my car with them. My alloys were immaculate when the went into this garage and when it was returned every wheel had scuff marks on the face of the alloys from their machines and their lack of care and mishandling. There was also chips to which will now lead to the lacquer staring to bubble and peal. This is so unacceptable and unprofessional. Made a complaint and had been told they will pay 50% towards refurbishment after I supply 3 quotes as they don’t think they have done the damage. This is a joke and quite frankly this place should not be open. Especially if they can’t own up and take action for the damage they have caused. Useless garage and clearly a useless manager. Do not use.

Honestly I cannot thank the staff here…

Honestly I cannot thank the staff here enough!! From the booking to the handling of my MOT and the work that needed doing they have been nothing short of amazing!! I heavily rely on my car for work and they pulled out all the stops to make sure my car was safe and ready to drive for my next shift, they went above and beyond with everything. I want to give Jordan a very special thank you, you are incredible at what you do, your communication skills are excellent and I will continue to come back to you in the future! Thank you again so so much!
