Great service and punctual. Technician was very methodical and knowledgeable.

Stephen Roberts, Wrexham, was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He talked me through what he was doing and, after the health check, clearly explained his findings. He worked hard and completed the repair efficiently. This was my first time using ClickMechanic, and I was very impressed with the quick response, punctuality and excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would highly recommend him.

I got an MOT warning on a defective track rod replaced at short notice, quickly and efficiently without leaving home. ClickMechanic was great because it let me specify exactly what I needed done and gave me a fixed price. Maybe not the cheapest deal but by far the easiest. And the mechanic was on time, skilled, tooled and confident. Job done :)

Booked a mobile mechanic to change a clutch. Was quoted a price which I was happy with. At the time of booking, I was aware that if the repair couldn’t be fixed on my drive the car would be recovered to a garage for a further fee: the day before the booking, the mechanic messaged me to say he doesn’t do mobile work so I’d have to pay to have it recovered to his garage. So, when he accepted the job he had no intention of doing it! Now I’m back to square one. Very poor service.

The reply to this complaint by clickmechanic misses the point entirely. The mechanic that took the job doesn't offer a mobile service, so was always going to incur an extra charge. If I wanted a £120 towing fee, I would've called a local garage in the first place! His actual text to me the day before the job was booked for was 'Hi are you happy for me to get the vehicle recovered to my workshop if it's not driveable (it will incur a recovery cost)' The car needs a new clutch and as per the booking it is not driveable. He took the job and then tried to move the goalposts. Not impressed!

Excellent service from Click Mechanics. Stephen our mechanic was knowledgeable helpful and friendly - cannot recommend him or the company highly enough. Great price too will definitely use Click Mechanics in the future and recommend him to my friends and family.

I have been using ClickMechanic for about 3/4 years since my local garage closed.I have found their prices fairly competitive especially when combining two or more services, getting the car picked up and dropped off is a big plus as is knowing the price before the car leaves home. Will definitely be using them again as they often reward returning customers.

I just booked my Audi A4 in for a Cambelt service change at 122,000 miles for £483. That's between £100-200 cheaper than my local garage that had a 6 week waiting list. So I'm very happy, subject to the work being carried out correctly. I've referred this service to my partner already.

Steve did a great job and It was a quick turnaround from booking to finishing the job. Very efficient.
