The booking process was generally good but let down a little by the failure to reference the possible need for specialist oil which would attract a supplementary charge.

Skeptical but proven otherwise!
Have to say I was skeptical at first, the price quoted by BookMyGarage for main dealer work was literally half compared with booking directly with the dealer. But I did, and it was!
Will definitely be booking most of not all car work through them in the future!

Absolutely brilliant service
Absolutely brilliant service! The lady who handled my enquiry was professional, courteous, friendly and very accommodating. The service was fantastic, fast and efficient, with exactly what was needed and no hidden extras or unnecessary costs. I dropped my car off at 9am and it was ready for collection by 12.30pm – the fastest service I've ever experienced! Affordable prices, excellent customer service and great value for money. I would highly recommend and will definitely use them again!

Great service
Great service! Unforeseen circumstances meant they had to reschedule the original date, but they called ahead and arranged a new slot at my convenience. The oil and filter service was done smoothly at my doorstep. Would definitely use them again.
