Great service

Found a local garage with availability to do my MOT. Garage contacted me direct to confirm too. Can't fault service on this occasion.

I found them very easy to use

I found them very easy to use. The only criticism is that they showed date's available at certain garages , when you booked it and contacted the garage themselves , I was told that date was unavailable . Other than that everything was fine .

Excellent experiences.

Excellent experiences.

Used for the first time and not been disappointed at all.

Garage recommendations and reviews noted. The selected independent garage was better than I expected and for a very good price as well versus the big chains/dealerships.

I emailed and spoke to the team about an issue with leaving positive feedback as was having issues.

Charlie Ward - (Account and Onboarding Manager) investigated and resolved the issue immediately - which was not their fault and I was able to leave positive feedback for the garage.

Highly recommend BookMyGarage.

I shall certainly be using them again in the future.

Very quick and efficient service but…

Very quick and efficient service but the booking did not get across to the garage so I had to chase them for the appointment timings ….
