Easy to order tyres and get them fitted, but sometimes the garages are not very friendly.

Everything on time and correct

I was happy with the tyres purchased but the fitters did not set the pressures and both were way over spec and a big difference in pressures so the car thought that I had a deflating tyre... Easy enough to rectify but usually they do a better job.

Booking for a home visit was simple and extra cost well worth it. The fitter arrived promptly and was very pleasant and friendly. Two new tyres were fitted quickly without fuss. All very satisfactory.

Amazing staff who helped with the tyre change

Ordered two tyres for my wife's X1 early this morning only to be emailed later that they were out of stock. HOWEVER, the email went on to say that I could be supplied an equivalent but slightly more expensive tyre for no extra cost. This is what is lacking with companies on the whole these days. I've had so many orders cancelled because of of stock issues. Very few offer alternatives and these are the ones that stick out and that I continue to go back to. Huge thanks to Kayliegh and the customer support team. Very happy customer. 10 stars **********

Was able to select my local trusted fitting centre which costs were included in the purchase of the tyres.
Very pleased with the tyres, improved grip in the wet and quieter than the previous ones.

Great service from garage fitting the tyres would certainly return in future.

The cost was very good and I used a local fitter which I've used before and they were excellent, the booking was straightforward, the fitter had the tyres and knew what to do.

When I purchased the new tyre I was given a fitting appointment for the next day, Saturday . When I arrived the site the tyre hadn’t. Was told tyre may be delivered on the Monday. Phoned on the Monday. Still now tyre. Contacted Blackcircles. They investigated and ordered a second tyre to be sent, given an appointment, same result. No tyre. BLackcircles then ordered yet another tyre from a different supplier. In the end the tyre was delivered to the fitter and was fitted on the Friday. I have used Blackcircles previously and not had any problems. Was not impressed with what happened on this occasion and for. £200 tyre would have expected better. When it comes to replacing a full set of tyres, would I use Blackcircles, I honestly don’t know.

I always thought Blackcirlces were mobile fitting (my error) ,they do , do that, but also have affiliated garages to provide the fitting service that they deliver the tyres to.
My residence is not a great place for mobile fitting, but when I had to track down the tyres I wanted and ordered, they had the garages available to accept your order and provide fitting the tyres. The garage they recommend, Waterside Auto Services was a super efficient outlet with great staff that made the fitting fast and efficient. The tyres are a really nice driving experience which I can completely feel the difference in how the car handles over the old set of CC2.
Remember tyres can get old, the rubber dries out with the ageing cycles of seasonal use , though they can have a good depth of tread left, a fresh set you can feel the difference in the rubber compound.
Though tyres are quite a long term use product I will use this service again for future purchases and definitely recommend them to my family and friends should they be needing new tyres.
Don't allow yourself to be let down, use Black circles first, they will get what others won't bother to.

B.C got the tyres I wanted at the same offer prices when a supposed major supplier lied they were no longer available and had been discontinued by GoodYear just on the day they were suppose to fit them.
They were ordered 3 weeks in advance and took my money and were going to charge me the same for fitting the Gen 2 version.
When you buy tyres from such outlets N.T and Hf don't take their word and just drive away, fully check the tyre(s) fitted to your car is the correct manufacturer and generation you ordered and paid for, oh and that they have the rotation fitment correct also.
