Have just received the two cotton scarves I ordered and I’m absolutely delighted. It’s the first in a long time I’ve received something that feels really good value for money. Lovely, well-made items (even the labels are nice) and an excellent price. Service was smooth and very fast. I’ll be back!

POOR service. I purchased a polo shirt for fathers day, it eventually arrived but was too small i have been trying for a month to contact someone for an exchange. Emails, calls, online forms and no one has acknowledged or responded to me. Its very disappointing and frustrating not to mention upsetting that my dad didnt get to enjoy his gift :(

Brought a cloak, and the buttonholes were not finished properly.
Dog coat too small and made very cheaply I can always tell because there is never any allowance to let the straps out. Very rude man answered the phone and shouted i can hear you and slammed the phone down.Con artists they now have my money for a load of rubbish

I was sent the wrong size hat and provided photographs to clearly show the error. Despite this being their mistake, postage was deducted from my refund and I was also required to pay for return postage. This has left me out of pocket for an error that wasn’t mine. Disappointing customer service and a lack of accountability. I had to chase several times for my refund then finally received an email saying I’d sent the return to the wrong address despite returning it to the address they supplied! I won’t be shopping here again and will look for a retailer with fairer policies and better customer service.

Quality is great. I do wish everything came wrapped. Some items were and some were not. Other than that, I love the products.

I purchased 2 herringbone knee blankets and they were beautiful until first hand wash then constant balls of fluff littered the house. I wrote to tell them
This they didn’t reply. So they have to go in the bin after a couple of weeks.

Excellent quality,soft

Low quality cashmere ? Itchy feel to cardigan not what would be expected. Poor quality cashmere to blame ?

Prompt delivery, well packaged. Couldn't be happier with my new scarf, it's absolutely beautiful , got a few admiring comments on first use and it soooooo warm and as soft as a cloud. Love it ❤️

great products delivered quickly. Plus great advice re family origin, very interesting.

I ordered a pink hip flask in November, a couple of days letter I received an email to say the pink was OOS and was given some alternatives.

I requested pink & green as it was a birthday gift for the 6th December.

All communication to this point was quick and helpful.

Since receiving the Hip flask and it being just green and emailing to request to send it back as it’s not what was ordered it has been radio silence - I chased up again on 10th Dec

Got a response to say to send the flask back and they would send a replacement and that it’s due to cut of material. As this was a birthday gift for 6th December I had to sort a different gift as this came wrong so asked to be sent a returns label as this is not what was ordered so not my error.

And still no response….

It appears if all is ok with the order it’s great customer service but if there is an issue it gets ignored definitely won’t be using again and I would still like a return label and full refund.

Beautiful and high quality lamb wool scarves. Customer service willing to help : quick response from them. I am very happy with my purchase and i would highly recommend it for high quality scarves.

Brilliant shop saw a top while in Scotland got home jumped on n the website and purchase it . Delivery speedy customer service great. Top is my favourite to wear excellent quality
