Terrible website
Terrible website. Took me 30 minutes of trying to buy a ticket due to cloudfare bot check pop up freezing and PayPal integration not working. The mobile app must have been coded by a child. Every time I want to view a ticket I need to log out and in repeatedly to ‘see’ the ticket I bought so it can be scanned at the venue.
I wish there was an alternative ticket company to use but this even only used see tickets. Sort your business out

Unnecessary complexity
Anything that has a customer proposition that then requires you to download a second app, register, then simply says wait until 3 days before the event (in 13 months time) cannot really be described as good.

Booked seated tickets for an event and were allocated seats in the 4th row at the end which meant we couldn’t see the act at all as there was zero view of the stage. See tickets so unhelpful, there shouldn’t have been seats in this spot, just plain greedy trying to make more money from the event!
