If you purchased your tickets and delivery is Eventim Pass, the QR code is scannable directly from your smartphone and if you are worried about signal at the venues, as long as you have accessed your tickets in the app before attending, they'll be automatically saved within the Eventim.pass just in case you do not have internet access at the venue.

I have tried to contact you several times you are selling tickets that are not yours to sell then changing bookings to restricted seating area .Your phone number is not in use .I am taking this further my night was totally ruined when my view was restricted and i had purchased seats in arena row d who were occupied. Your customer service is non existant except on trustpilot .I spoke to the venue and the tickets you originally sold were the venues.The only tickets you had to sell were terraced do to me that is frauduelent .I have proof of this which i tried to submit and there has been an error .Bit o will sort it and let people know you are not a trustworthy company .I told you i did not want those seats months ago and please read thesereviews properly .You are sending a standard answer probably AI .You are a shambles of a company and no customer service you are frauduently seing seats you dont have .If you would lkke proif happy to provide if you ever answer my emails .

Everything was fine but I think £2.50 per ticket to download ticket to Eventim app is a rip off and you should get rid of it
The reply was laughable, so I have taken a couple of stars off for their chutzpah in thinking that saying they put what is an unreasonable charge IMO on all delivery methods makes it reasonable. Until recently there was no charge to deliver to the app, and as an IT professional, delivery to an app would cost a few pence not £2.50, this charge IS a RIPOFF despite their insincere explanations and Kate Dearden, the minister responsible for consumer protection and consumer affairs should take action on this.
