Out of warranty repair
I booked a 6 month warranty for a 13 year old Valiant ecotec plus 428 that was leaking . The service I received from Terry was brilliant . He arrived on time , ready to get on with the work . It was quite a difficult job as he had to change the flue tray and the damaged electrical board . He was very polite and thorough and explained everything clearly . Really happy with the service .

Fantastic warranty service
Had a fault with my boiler which was under warranty. Called the help desk. They had an engineer out next morning at no cost, replaced the parts and had everything back up and running in under an hour. Engineer (714) was professional, friendly and tidied up after himself. Fantastic service

Glow Worm have no human answering the phone.
I have tried to register a new boiler on line. The system is not working correctly. there is a problem with the registration date. I try to phone to speak to a human. No one is available. Your service is appalling.

Time wasters
They sent a letter to book a routine yearly service but phone line busy so tried web. Their system is cumbersome and I've failed twice and wasted time to try to book this. AHHH! Update - eventually an appointment made a week or two ahead. We'll see but already paid!

Can book within 3 days and book a certain date that suits you. Get a time frame the week before and then a morning or afternoon slot for your appointment
We had Karl (338 Karl) who was head guy and was knowledgeable and obliging to help us out. Chatty and friendly too which was nice and made you feel at ease during the process. Karl fixed the issue and was very informative and positive about the process too

I have rarely experienced the level of excellence provided by the engineer who attended our address today.
