Excellent annual service on our boiler from Steve Dove at boxt. Friendly, helpgul & excellent comms. Highly recommended.

Steve always does a great job with annual boiler servicing - great at finding a close time slot that works and dealing with flexibility when appropriate.

The boiler was installed in April but I am still chasing them in September 2026 to sort out the mess they have made of my walls. The so called engineer destroyed a cable as he was drilling through my wall, removed a lot of plaster and it looks pretty horrible! They respond to my mails after a few days, promise they will sort it out but nothing happens. There was also an audit that found out that the chemicals were not installed in the boiler. They are aware of all these issues but nothing has
been resolved. If I ever need to change my boiler, I would go with a different company. I am so frustrated by it all!!!

On time appointment

The service man arrived on time(having given me a ten minute warning that he was on his way -much appreciated) He was very polite and efficient, he didn't waste any time, just got on with the job. Could not ask for better service.

​I couldn't be happier with the service from BOXT. The booking process was super fast, and Mark arrived exactly at the scheduled time. Even though the installation ended up being more complex than first thought, Mark carried out the work efficiently without any fuss—and stuck strictly to the original quote with no extra cost.
​The boiler arrived right on schedule, and Tye the electrician was brilliant. He professionally repositioned the plugs and got my existing Hive system up and running smoothly. The team cleared up everything after the job, and the old boiler was picked up early Saturday morning. Highly professional, clean, and tidy throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a hassle-free boiler installation!

Our boiler gave up late on a Wednesday night and by Friday we had a brand‑new one installed. The whole process was incredibly simple — just a series of straightforward questions that matched us with the right boiler, plus a few photos of our old setup for BOXT to review before installation.

We were given an estimated arrival time for the engineer, and the boiler itself was delivered separately by courier. Everything was organised and stress‑free.

Lee, our engineer, was fantastic. He worked non‑stop all day, clearly knew his stuff, and was genuinely committed to doing a proper job. He even got our bathroom radiator working — it’s never heated up properly until now.

A really positive experience from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use BOXT again and would definitely recommend them. Outstanding service.

The engineer was prompt very polite took his boots off before being asked would recommend.

Punctual, friendly, competent.

Good communication from the BOXT team, work completed as described on time by the electricians. Finance experience was as advertised. Only contractors who were less reliable were the scaffolders who arrived two days late, and caused some minor damage.
