The salesman was proficient in explaining everything to me. The second it was paid for I was instructed to take photos of different areas - then a gas engineer rang to talk me through what was going to happen. I received texts for delivery times i.e, the next day so Purchased on Thursday installed Friday can't ask for a more efficient service and the fitters were delightful, friendly and clean.

The product is so easy to use and very relaxing. The temperature and vibrations controls are easy and you can have the exact amount of pressure you personally prefer likewise the temperature.

The lady in question was extremely helpful in advising me of why my gas smart meter wasn't interacting with the electrical smart meter and has assured me that someone will come and take a photo to read the gas meter and then they will try and connect the 2 smart meters. She also advised me about weekend tariffs for cheaper fuel - which I thought I was already on and she updated my account to include this and sent me an email explaining everything. I now look forward to the two meters communicating and working efficiently.
