No communication after acknowledging order.
Product exactly as described and good value. Company needs to improve communication.
Order acknowledged, then no further communication until I emailed to inquire as to progress, and was informed that it had been delivered 3 days before, with a photograph of the order outside someone’s ( not mine) door. Response was very satisfactory, sent out again next day delivery.
However, still not arrived a few days later. Received a message from a neighbour ( on return from being away) that both orders had been delivered to him. Incorrectly addressed, and mistake repeated for second dispatch.
Company provides good value and deals well with problems, but does not communicate well at all for online orders. Could be easily improved by emailing on dispatch, notice of delivery courier and tracking? Also check details of order if resending.

I orgered some clinncel wipes that did not arrive but you sent a large commode instead. The order note inside clearly says the order is for the wipes so you hot tge whole thing wrong and i now await your company to correct ghe order and supply the eipes and take away the unwanted commode

Easy to find and order what you want. I ordered the 14inch chrome grab bar for our bathroom. Postage was quick only a few days so was happy it came quickly. Easy to install just make sure you get a carbide drill bit it makes it so much easier drilling through the tile or a very sharp masonry drill bit. You don't get the fixings screws as it states in the description but that's not a problem. Just go to b&q or your favourite DIY place. Fixed it to my bathroom wall in minutes, very happy indeed and now my wife feels more safe in our shower. Thank you very much for your service.
