Do not recommend at all
The delivery people dropped the item when removing it from the back of their van. They were nice enough when delivering the item. Asked where to put it, I said where to place it. They did so. The lad apologised and said I have 28 days to return the item if there's any damage. This is the 3rd attempt at delivery. 1st delivery didn't happen, I just received separate emails and text messages to say my 3 separate items had been delivered. When they actually turned up the 2nd time they showed my partner one of the 3 items which was damaged, he took a photo and refused delivery of this item. Delivery people declined to give us the other 2 items saying they would be accused of theft of part of an order, despite them each being given separate delivery reference numbers and separate times for delivery. They were not on the same delivery note. So so many mistakes by ArrowXL. It's an absolutely appalling experience to try and receive delivery from them. Would not recommend at all.
