EXCELLENT SERVICE.
DRIVERS TELEPHONED AS SAID HALF AN HOUR BEFORE DELIVERY. BOTH DRIVERS WERE VERY POLITE AND DELIVERED HEAVY SEETEE TO ROOM OF MY CHOICE. SEETEE IN PERFECT CONDITION AND EXCELLENTLY PACKED SO CORNERS COULD NOT BE DAMAGED.

driver went to the wrong address
driver went to the wrong address, left a note in door saying no one home but i didn't have a note so knew it wasn't my house they went to. at first didn't get my order until 3 days later they managed to get it right on the second time around though charged 4.99 for next day delivery also which in total took 5 days to come.
Because the driver was unable to follow the satnav.

Not as expected
My delivery was 2 hours past the allocated time slot, due to this i had to go back to work. They then only called me when they were outside my house, not up to 30 minutes before as I was expecting as per their message on the evening before delivery date. Luckily I work in the same town so was able to get home.

Delivery of a fridge freezer (American)…
Delivery of a fridge freezer (American type) to UK ebchester County Durham...Refused delivery as the item was to big. Item was measured by myself and it was not. Driver measurements was of packaging. Said it was policy not to remove packaging and deliver. They were aware of a disability. Arranged another delivery and as a disabled person, managed to get it into the house. Is this customer service these days. Drivers were polite but I think deliveries should be actually delivered. Luckily after all the item was lighter than anticipated. UK Durham area...

Brilliant delivery team
Brilliant delivery team. They delivered with care. Communication was spot on. I got updates until delivery and they did stick to their time.
I'll choose them over again if I had the opportunity to choose a delivery team.

The delivery arrived two hours early
The delivery arrived two hours early, so we weren't prepared for the old unit to be collected. They phoned but I missed the call and no message was left. This would have been useful.
The delivery men were polite and patient as they waited for me to disconnect the old cooker, but did not have a trolley to move the units in and out of the house. They did not have gloves either to handle the old cooker, which was not the most hygienic item.
