If I could leave no stars i would
If I could leave no stars i would! Last night notified that my delivery would be today from 9.30-11.30..... this morning at 8am told it will no longer be coming today. Contact them, basically the item didn't make it onto the lorry...... absolutely nothing they can do blah blah blah and now can't deliver till next Tuesday.... today is Thursday. Booked today especially so we are off work. Customer Care Company JOKE!!!

Over promised on delivery and under delivered
My delivery was booked for the 15th July. Then was brought forward to the 13th. By the 15th it still hadn't arrived. On the 16th I text chatted with an AI or someone who offered to deliver it on the 13th. I explained it was already the 16th? They then offered me the 20th. I didn't get a timeslot message the evening before. It came on the morning of the 20th. By that stage I was just relieved it had arrived. The man brought it in, up the stairs into the room for me which I was grateful for.

Horrendous delivery company. Mistakes organising deliveries and on multiple occasions drivers who take 0 care with their product they are delivering and openly joke about it. Avoid like the plague
