The only slight criticism is that Ideal have previously reminded me when boiler service is due. This year i didn't get a reminder and was 6 months later than it should have been after i queried with them

I wasn't sure if the engineer was gonna come first thing as he had many appointments books but I insisted he came to me first because I suffer from ill health and we had water leaking all on the floor upstairs under the boiler I do need the heating urgently because I'm at high risk of lung disease and pneumonia so I did get forceful with him on the phone he agreed to come first thing now I was at work but my wife was at home he arrived promptly apparently my wife said he was friendly he did an excellent job was very clean all his work was tidy and he did a great job so I'm grateful for him to fix the boiler it runs lovely and it's back to normal which makes me happy to be in a controlled environment again for my health..

Getting through to call center takes several attempts but when connected the staff arranged an appointment to suit and the engineer was very good 👍

Engineer came out to do annual service on boiler. Gary is polite,friendly and well dressed and presentable . He knows where the boiler is so I just leave him to get on with it. He always asks to go put the back door to check the vent ,fills put the service book and explains anything if needed.

Ian the engineer was on time , very efficient and polite.

A more thorough inspection than my usual plumber who had been out 4 times and couldn't find the fault. This engineer found the problem quickly and repaired it in no time. I'll be booking him next time for the annual service

First contact was friendly, helpful and professional. The workman that came round was prompt well presented and good at his job.
From start to finish everything was well communicated.

Although my own engineer didn’t think the boiler was faulty Ideal was still prepared to schedule a call out which was very reassuring. They scheduled a visit as soon as possible to investigate my loss of boiler pressure. They checked the boiler and found no fault. We subsequently found the fault was a leak on the pipework.

Engineer messaged before turning up making his visit simple and easy, he was polite, leaving no mess, when finished he let me know all was fine and what he had done.
