After my 14-year-old Worcester Bosch boiler was condemned, I needed a replacement as quickly as possible. I searched online for Worcester Bosch and came across the FastTrack service. I'm really glad I did.
As I was looking for a fast, efficient and cost-conscious way to replace my boiler, the FastTrack service appealed to me. The online portal was straightforward and easy to use. After submitting my details and photos, I was contacted by Laurence from the FastTrack team. He was polite, friendly helpful, explaining the process. It was confirmed that a accredited installer would be in touch to arrange the installation.
Everything happened exactly as promised. The installer and his team arrived when they said they would, were friendly, professional and courteous throughout, and completed the installation to a high standard.
From my initial online enquiry to the completed installation, the whole process was smooth, well managed and stress-free. I'm a very happy customer and would have no hesitation in recommending the Worcester Bosch FastTrack service to anyone who needs a new boiler installed quickly and efficiently. Laurence also contacted me following the installation to check that everything went ok.

Fast and friendly, installation very easy and quick
Fast and friendly. Specified the same boiler type and size as the broken one 9 years younger. Removal and Installation was straight forward complete in 5 hours not 7-8 hours as planned installer was very surprised.

Fantastic service.
Fantastic service.
I needed a new boiler as parts for my very old boiler were discontinued.
The Fast Track Team were excellent. A staff member Laurence was incredibly helpful. Arranged a new replacement boiler. Kept me well informed of the process and checked everything was as it should be after the new boiler was fitted.
I highly rate this company. Very efficient and nothing was too much trouble.

Had a new boiler installed via Fast Track and it was great. Really quick and the company that installed it explained everything really well. Couldn't recommend Worcester Bosch or AWP Boiler Installations more. Absolutely fantastic all round.

Excellent Service from Start to Finish
From my phone call through to the customer service team to the engineer’s visit, the whole process was straightforward and professional. The engineer, Matty Dalton was incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the fault with the controls, explained everything clearly, and answered all my questions. His customer service was exceptional, and he is a credit to Worcester Bosch. Thank you for such excellent service.

Expensive but professional repair
My 20-year old Worcester Bosch boiler started to leak. The customer service team handled my call patiently. They were able to send an engineer to my home within a few days. He spent over 2 hours fixing the leak. The problem has not recurred. The high cost of the call-out (£411) was worth it on this occasion.
