Very disappointed with Duca del Cosma
Very disappointed with Duca del Cosma.
I have purchased 4 pairs of shoes from this website because I trusted the brand, but one pair fell apart after only two months of normal use.
The sole started coming off and crumbling into pieces.
Duca del Cosma didn't answer the E-mails and phone calls, after contacting customer service 3 times, they acknowledged that the shoes had a manufacturing defect.
However, instead of offering a replacement or a refund, they only offered me store credit.
Under EU consumer law, a store voucher cannot be imposed instead of a refund if the customer does not agree.
After this experience and the way my claim has been handled, I will never buy from Duca del Cosma again, and I cannot recommend this company.

This matter was already resolved on our end prior to this review being posted, with a full refund issued for the order in question. We always aim to make things right for our customers, and we're glad this could be resolved, even if it took a bit longer than we'd have liked.
Our standard response time is 4-5 business days, so we'd also gently note that reaching out multiple times doesn't speed up the process, our team works through requests in the order they come in.

Ordered my shoes via Internet. Delivery was in time, but the box they were delivered in was used, broken and taped. It looked secondhand. Surely the box was, I am happy the shoes weren’t.

Probably the worst winter golf boot i…
Probably the worst winter golf boot i have owned. The Bologna golf boot was very comfortable but not great at keeping my feet dry absolutely soaking, i live in Scotland and we play in all conditions. The only plus points were very comfortable in the dry and great way for tightening the boots. I sent an email to Duca del Cosma and got no reply. Neil

I returned the entire order on May 8…
I returned the entire order on May 8 because the shoes were cut too high around the ankle and therefore did not fit properly. I had also ordered two different sizes to choose from. For the return shipment, I even had to pay EUR 20.
To this day, I have not received any information that my return is being processed. No refund or credit has been issued to my Klarna account either.
Therefore, I will advise all of my golf colleagues against purchasing Duca del Cosma shoes through your mail-order company. I am very disappointed and upset.
