Review of Iceland
Normally no problems but being let down with my online delivery I feel really upset with them
I have not only been let down once this week but twice
Also customer service did not help me, store was not answering phone, so after all that I gave up at 5pm
I will not be using Iceland again and do not recommend online shopping with them
I am a disabled pensioner and now I have to go out and get items I was relying on

The delivery date was clear and I had plenty of texts to keep me informed. The delivery date approached and I had to pick my day. They came on the date and time slot I was given, the delivery men were brilliant. Can’t fault anything, then when I saw the sofa I was so pleased.
