I can't really fault my experience with…

I can't really fault my experience with Matalan - I got two pairs of high-quality, brand-new shoes for 30 pounds. The staff in-store were really helpful, going the extra mile, while the click-and-collect process online was seamless, with my parcel even arriving early.

Picked up my morning…

Picked up my delivery on friday morning and had to return it to the store at Berryden Aberdeen on the friday afternoon because there was a security tag still on the dress.Surely this should have removed it before was sent out l was very annoyed after having to sit in traffic for a hour.I did report it to the store manager but was given no compensation just a feeble excuse.lt caused me a great deal of inconvience having to go back with he dress on the same day.

Online shop was easy

Online shop was easy, I came into the store to collect and whilst there I bought something in store. Self checkout was simple and there were plenty of staff around to help.

No customer service at all

No customer service at all, I can't return items. Have been directed to do this via Evri and have paid for a return which hasn't been collected. Have raised three enquiries and still haven't heard from anyone!
