First order received and items in…

First order received and items in package incorrect - I returned them .
Second order - no email sent to collect . Went to store to be told that my order had been sent to a store down south ( my store Kilmarnock ) and wouldn’t be returned so I
Received a refund . No email prior to this about the issue . Checked online to reorder and now not available and not available in store .

Easily ordered online as stock not…

Easily ordered online as stock not available instore.
I chose to collect from my nearest store and this was easily done as I was kept updated and collected my items without any problem.
Great service and would use again.

This basket is so small

This basket is so small, there were no dimensions when buying but I thought for the price it would be a large laundry basket... It is not. It is very small and I would not recommend. Now have to go through the faff or returning somehow.
