I ordered a Highland Cow doorstop for click & collect. Ordering was straightforward, delivery to my local store was speedy and collection easy with a really helpful and friendly member of staff. I am really pleased with ‘Hettie’ my doorstop. She is very cute and a good weight. She prevents my cat getting trapped in the bedroom if the wind blows the door shut.

Harringtons are an excellent company to deal with. The website is easy to navigate, ordering was easy and I was kept informed of dispatch and delivery. My husband is very pleased with his new cap. He now has an all season black denim one as well as his lovely Harringtons tweed one. Both are excellent quality and a perfect fit.

We purchased our new Leisure cooker from Stellisons in Benfleet. Essex who were very helpful. We were replacing our existing Leisure Range Style cooker which had served us well and I wanted the updated version of it. As the principal cook in the family I am extremely pleased with my new cooker. Although fundamentally the same cooker the updates look good and make it much easier to use. The dials are a good size, look good and are very positive to control. No longer having the plastic chrome appearance which did not wear well. Although the same measurements as before the interiors of the ovens and the grill pan seem a bit larger which is very useful.

Good selection of caps that I know my husband will feel comfortable in. Ease of ordering and I was kept updated during delivery process. My husband is so pleased with the look and fit of his new tweed cap that I have now ordered him a vintage denim one.

It would have been more useful to have been given a time slot rather then just a delivery day. However the delivery did arrive on the given day and the driver was polite.

As a last minute gift for our 5 year old great grandson I ordered the Grow a Maze kit from Hobbycraft. Ordering for click and collect was quick and easy and it arrived in our local store the next day.

Purchasing our items from Oak Furnitureland in Thurrock was easy. Samuel was very helpful and knowledgeable and talked us through our options size wise etc. Delivery was at 10am rather than the arranged slot between 2-5pm. Fortunately my husband was home and said the delivery was straightforward. Milk&More seem to have changed their website. We are moving house and I went onto their App to change my delivery address. The website is now very difficult to negotiate and I ended up not knowing whether I had made the changes or not. I ended up phoning them to try and confirm the changes. Unfortunately the person I spoke to was difficult to understand and not particularly helpful. It’s a shame as I have been a Milk&More customer for many years and always had good service.’ I’m

I contacted Oak furniture land customer services department today to see if I could amend my order prior to delivery. I spoke to Helena who was extremely helpful, talked me through the available options and then pointed out that my order was eligible for a price adjustment due to the current sale. I really appreciated her pointing this out to me and the company for having this policy. We are moving home so all savings are currently a bonus.

Ordering was very easy, speedy delivery and I am very pleased with my purchase.

It was lovely to be able to visit a store and actually see the furniture rather than buy online and risk making a mistake. The store is light, bright and well laid out and we looked at lots of lovely ranges of well made, good quality furniture. We were helped by a very knowledgeable member of staff who talked us through the various ranges which helped us make an informed decision. All in all a very good shopping experience.

I was out when the delivery was made. However the driver left the parcel out of view which I appreciated.
