After my fridge freezer was confirmed as unrepairable by the engineer I was asked to choose a replacement. I managed to get a lovely fridge freezer with more space. Very happy with the service from start to finish

When I eventually got to speak with a human...I was treated with patience and politeness and everything was clearly explained to me...I spoke with 3 different representatives of varying age all excellent customer care skills...I'm now just waiting for my email for replacement washing machine

Great service on all telephone conversations with all involved. Great staff that brought the replacement live the fridge though smaller than my previous one but will help me safe o buying unnecessary items.

From the day I reported a fault with my TV to receiving my replacement took only 4 days. That was a lot quicker than I thought it would be.
The replacement is fantastic so far. There are plenty of functions which we have to check out yet but we're highly satisfied

I had spoke with a rep named Luke he negotiated the right policy for my needs and budget. He had patience he allowed me the time and space to make and feel comfortable in my decision to purchase the policy. The process was neither rushed or pressurised.

Firstly I would have given five stars, because I can not fault what the service is designed to do. However, when picking a machine, I picked the one that you decided was the closest fit to my last one. When it arrived, the only issue was the plug cable not being long enough. When I called, there were discussions around me measuring the cable, options of buying and extension lead and speaking to the manufacturer.

The constant back on phone was ridiculous until I blurted out that I want to make a complaint, which i never got a response to.

You picked up the machine and allowed for me to chose another, which was great. The new machine arrived and the man that delivered it was really nice and even offered to unpackage it for me. Just to confirm that the same friendly service also came from you other delivery drivers

The service from the engineers were very poor it took three engineers to resolve my issue, even after I had showed them video evidence.
I'm wasting my time on two after a three occasions.All they did was offer me twenty seven pounds after years of pain for my cover
