Your delivery partner advised of a date and time and when i checked tracking it said the delivery date hadbeen changed at my request blatant lies i had not been in touch with them.This is the second time this has happened.Had taken time off work to receive delivery which had now changed, no notification of change but of course said it was at my request, was concerned about the plants given the heat and now delay.Dispatched on the Tuesday and not received until the Friday
Emailed DPD asking for an explanation still waiting a response 5 days after delivery.Will not recommend or order from RHS again

Lovely zinc watering can, I bought it as a present, it's expensive for a watering can, but it is lovey as a gift, I think it will be very well received, if not I will be the owner of a lovely watering can

The Japanese cherry blossom tree was half dead at the top half of the tree when we received it. The soil it was in was powder dry. We gave the soil a good watering. We decided to plant the tree in our front garden hoping it will survive. We have now cut the dead branches off. Our gardener said it was hardy so we are really hoping it survives. I was very disappointed having received a plant in that condition from the rhs. I trusted your good name. The Cyprus tree is rather straggley but hoping with time it blossoms.

Very disappointing from the RHS. The plants were tall and the leaves were yellow. The roots were so pot bound that some had turned up and came out of the top of the compost. It was very difficult to prize the root ball apart in order to plant them.
These were in the sale but even so the quality should be good enough for plants to grow healthily, which these are not.

I purchased a plum tree and paid for special date delivery but it didn't arrive the date it was supposed to due to the company delivery it .RHS refunded my delivery charge and when it did arrive it was damaged and all the leaves had been eaten by something and was practically dead, I emailed them to let them know and straight away they sent a replacement no hesitation and the lady who I dealt with was very kind and helpful such a lovely company to deal with.

The delivery was excellent arrived quickly and the plants were quite well wrapped
The plants were extremely small and very dehydrated. I could go to the garden centre and get a plant double the size for less money than I paid. I thought as it was RHS the plants would be good quality. I definitely won’t use you again

my plants were left outside in very hot sunshine when I had given clear instructions for where to leave them in an outhouse. There was also a notice on the door which was unlocked. The delivery company photo shows this. When I picked up the box the bottom fell out along with lots of the soil. The plants did not look in good shape after baking in the sun. I complained and was refunded only for the packaging and asked to send photos which I cannot do as I do not use a smart phone.
