Beautiful and easy to unpack !!! Comments from neighbours are a bonus 😀

I've ordered plants and flowers from YouGarden and have always been very pleased with my purchases. The plants have arrived well packaged and in lovely condition, and I've been very happy with the quality.

YouGarden has a wonderful selection of plants and flowers at reasonable prices. I really enjoy gardening and adding beautiful colours to my garden.

Delivery not arrived for second time your customer service was totally rude and obnoxious when I spoke to her the first time it didn't arrive! ask for a refund she was supposed to get back to me once she could sort the refund but didn't had an email from both yourself and the courier to say it would arrive today by 8 pm nothing has arrived. Your company is total shite as far as I'm concerned and I won't use you again.oh and I'd like a refund .

The plants are robust and healthy and the choice of plants and the discounts offered are excellent.

My first order here and I’m impressed. Plants were well packaged (much better than other companies!) and were in good order. Each was a quality plant with no dead leaves etc. Quick delivery.

Although the order was delivered on time and efficiently, I was disappointed with the plants that were delivered.

This was because the plants didn’t look the same as those shown in the magazine.

The plant heads were much rounder and pronounced in the magazine. As a novice gardener, I felt that having a plant which was shaped would be easier to maintain.

I’ve contacted customer service and have been told that I have to pay for postage.

I would not have purchased the plants if the picture in the magazine actually looked like the ones that were delivered to me.

The plants received (Hanging Baskets) were nothing like the photo, or bay tree received, was nothing like the photo (Ball of lush green leaves), we received a stick, very disappointing. Last year the plants purchased, (Hanging baskets) were of great quality, and that's why I ordered from you again, but will not be ordering from you again.
