Unfortunately the clematis was not very healthy on arrival - some leaves brown qnd crispy, some mottled yellow. Excellent care from customer services am now awaiting replacement. Please could you let me know when to expect it though as cannot track.

Good healthy plants safely packaged and delivered

I bought a bare root apricot tree which, sadly, didn't grow. Upon investigation it was discovered that the tree was dead. Contacted Roots and explained, sent some photos and the tree was replaced within a few days. Excellent service.

Never bought from the company before, but I was really impressed! The tree we ordered (as a gift) came so quickly, and was really well packed. Tree was well watered (even in the heat) and was in great condition. I will be back to buy plants now for our garden! Thank you.

Plants look good, but delivery was a little slow due to delayed despatch, I believe.

Used the online ‘contact us’ and 2 emails whilst awaiting delivery - still awaiting response from Roots.

Tree delivered is great, however customer service and advertising is not.

I DON'T KNOW HOW I CAN REVIEW MY PLANTS WHEN I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THEM?

There is no way to contact this company to chase an order, except by using an online form. I don’t think that is at all acceptable, especially as they use Evri as a courier. If you want customer service shop elsewhere

The Bamboo plant was delivered n excellent condition. We are delighted with it. We must also commend their Customer Service following a query and the excellent DX delivery service.
