I was kept up date with order status. There was a delay with Evri. I did call JParker and they said the plants should still be ok but if not, to let them know. Fortunately, the plants were fine. One was looking a little sad but I'm hoping it will be ok. The plants were very safely packaged and are good quality. I have since put another order in with them.

Really impressed with the quality of my plant and delivery. It arrived in excellent condition. I've never been disappointed everything I've bought in the past has been in very good condition and doing well in the garden.

Plants delayed by Evri for 9 days during very high temperatures. Dead and dying on arrival. Previously Parker’s very helpful with such problems. Not so this time. Customer ‘service’ repeatedly sent generic response referring to terms and conditions of sale. I’ve placed very large orders with these people for years. Won’t do again.

It is stress-free dealing with J Parkers at all times: orders, deliveries and customer service. I refer to August 2026, because during this month, I ordered a few items, but also fully I would apply this to all other occasions.

The plants I ordered arrived promptly in secure packaging. They all looked healthy and are doing well. I'm hoping they'll establish before winter and make lovely additions to my garden next summer. Thank you.

Really healthy plants arrived. Great value.
All planted up now ( it took a while …..) and looking very good. There should be lots of colour in the planters soon to brighten up the Autumn and Winter days.
