As expected, another first class delivery of quality plants.

Very disappointed with the plants yellow leaves all out of there packaging quality very poor

Very disappointed in the begonia plants we received end of May. Out of the 24 purchased 6 didn't recover the initial package and transport process. Out of the 18 left and planted in the window boxes not 1 was an apricot shade that we ordered, instead they were white or red.
Furthermore they had a disease which shrivelled the leaves.which ended up with us losing them all.
Something that has never happened before in all the years we've had begonias in the window boxes.
By far the worst plants we have ever purchased. Never again will I purchase anything from this company.

Plants good and healthy and doing well.
However from text messages recieved there seams to be a delay in collecting the plants and actual delivery.

You are always reliable and the plants were well packaged and delivered in good time. I look forward to the produce!

Plant quality has improved.

Really disappointed that Evri failed to deliver my plants, but Thompson &Morgan didn’t hesitate to kindly replace my order although unfortunately they had sold out of the specific Dahlias I requested due to time constraints.
But I was delighted with their speedy response.

Healthy, hydrated plant received. Potted up straight away and doing very well.

The two plants arrived and very poor condition, nothing like the advertised pictures. They then bombard with marketing emails and this is despite 2 requests to be unsubscribed. Avoid at all cost

The flowers were ordered weeks ago and have still not arrived. I am very disappointed.

Very good, prompt delivery, good quality plants

The flowers were dead. Box was broken half the buds were broken. Really disgusting for a garden/plant centre.
Have tried complaining all to no avail.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Ordered 5 plants from T&M on a same day 24 hr despatch (2 weeks later I received them) - a hollyhock, of the 3 leaves on it 2 of them had some form of bug infestation, 2 x Cosmos - both were broken tops and loads of dead leaves at the bottom, the Foxglove had rust, and a Erigeron was so spindly with very few leaves. Customer Services were quick to offer a replacement refund but not patient enough to listen to my complaint.

Good quality plants - but be aware that they often take longer to arrive than expected.
