I have never written reviews for individuals, and don't write many reviews in general, but I have decided to make an exception in the case of Tim Han and his brilliant LMA course, and my excellent personal VIP coach, John.

Joining the six week LMA course was a genuine life-changing decision for me. I saw the ad for the course at just the right time in my life: six months after a major bereavement, when the feeling that the years were slipping away and the knowledge that time was limited, struck me with a powerful force. I knew I had to do something, but had no idea what that "something" looked like.

In the particular ad that grabbed my attention, Tim made a number of comments that resonated so powerfully with me that for the first time, at the age of nearly sixty, despite my usual reservations, concerns and downright cynicism about such courses, I decided to take a leap of faith, paid up, signed up and have been reaping the benefits ever since. The journey is not even over yet.

My review here is not to persuade anyone to join the course: that is a personal decision after all, but if you are one of those people, like me, who was a chronic procrastinator virtually all my life, and paid a very heavy price (in every sense of the word) for it, then I would absolutely recommend LMA to you. For me personally, it was money well spent, and worth every penny.

The course also offered, as a bonus, the option for 1:1 online coaching sessions. Again, after an initial hesitation and worry that I might be throwing my money away totally unnecessarily, I decided to press ahead and upgrade to the VIP coaching package. I paid up and signed up. I'm so glad that I did.

I could easily have been allocated someone who might not have been the right fit for my personality. But John was absolutely the perfect fit. Whether it was a case of random good luck or a sophisticated decision by Tim Han / his team, I don't know. But what I do know is that my six weekly online accountability meetings with John made a profound difference between success and failure. He was able to maintain just the right balance between firm and friendly whenever I was tempted to digress. He stayed focused on the task at hand and made sure that I stayed focussed too, but still managed to create a friendly and empathetic atmosphere which in turn created the all- important element of trust.

I am truly grateful to John for those six valuable accountability meetings. Another individual may not have felt the need for the 1:1 coachimg sessions but I certainly did and my decision paid off. As with the LMA course itself, it was money well spent.

I can only thank Maestro Tim and Coach John from the bottom of my heart for all their work and help in getting my life on track. I'm glad I took a chance on this course.

I don't know ow how to thank the two delivery men from AO.com today - especially Omar who went well beyond the call of duty to get the job done. He dealt with a difficult installation process (kitchen door too narrow for new washing machine) brilliantly.

Taj is simply SUPERB. I cannot praise him highly enough. An absolutely first class agent who delivered on his promise. He said he could achieve an offer at a particular price - much higher than all the other agents had suggested - and he did just that. I have never met a more self assured and confident professional in his field. Would be more than delighted to recommend him and to anyone who wants an agent they can trust to actually deliver in place of empty promised. Foxtons are in a class of their own. This was the smoothest installation of a new telephone line and Internet service I have ever experienced. Sergei was simply amazing: he arrived on time, carried out his work quietly and calmly and even cleaned the area he'd worked on after he finished.
