Hi I'm sorry I know this is not the place I post to vent but it says legal help and I really don't have the funds to hire no lawyer but I do need some advice there's hundreds and thousands of casinos that's posted on platforms like Facebook Messenger and also in the Play store that have all these casinos that I know that don't have casino license especially on messenger and Facebook these people make all these casinos and and profit and benefit and have no money to pay out winnings if someone won I have been scammed out of mini deposits from these casinos that's posted on Facebook and messenger in Facebook seems to do nothing about it I guess that benefits out of it too because I don't see why what they let these people do this to subscribers it's sad it's been happening not to say for now about 8 months to a year and it's getting worse people are creating these fake casinos like creating a thought and they offer these $10 $20 fees free play and if you win they say you can redeem it which is a big lie after you say you want to redeem they say you got them now deposit and that's how it go on and on and on that's how they do that stay scam they get you to play they free play which they also benefit out of and and the slots win but they never once I was able to play with the free play as they offered I always ask about is that redeemable they say yes I have never once was able to redeem and my question is where do the money go afterwards because I'm not going to deposit because they say the money is redemptible and then it's free play if it's free while you're charging me to get it but I just need someone that understands the legal rights of the world are the legal rights of gambling however there goes get some advice on what can be done I wish someone can go on Facebook or messenger and look at all these dog on casinos that people have created and they they are benefiting by offering these playthroughs play play through play money and they don't have no conscious about what it does to players that are addicted to online gamblers it's not fair can someone please give me some advice what can be done to take these casinos down off these platforms or can someone go look into it please thank you and there's one that's really really upsetting to me because I had literally won $46,000 with a free play I was told to deposit I deposit $40.46,000 disappeared after I deposit the $40 I play with the $40 I lost within 5 minutes but mind you when I was playing with the dollar free play I hit for $46,000 over the last three days that I was playing it took me 3 days and 8 hours to win the 46,000 that I won with a what they $10 free play they gave me but mind you when I deposit my $40 I lost within 5 minutes less than 5 minutes I lost and that's my fair please help I have screenshots I have my my receipts please help the online customer is named BULL7A casino and can find it on messenger BULL7A casino they even erased my account but I have many screenshots you don't have to help me just go look into it yourself just go look and accept one of the the 10-dollar replays and and play an experience yourself and you'll see what I'm talking about please

Title: SCAM! Unauthorized subscription and terrible customer service!Review:This company is a complete scam. I signed up only to ask a one-time question, but they automatically enrolled me into a recurring monthly subscription without my explicit consent. I have never used their ongoing services.When I found out and demanded a full refund of the £25.00 they stole from my account, their customer support was extremely unhelpful and only offered to return half of the money (£12.50). This is completely illegal and unacceptable. Avoid this website at all costs, they trap you into hidden fees! I am taking this case to PayPal and my bank for a full chargeback.

They signed me up for a subscription when its advertised as a one off payment of £20 approx , they've already taken £70 and are about to go for another £35 .... Avoid like the plague 😔

Out of date AI slop advice and while they said it was a one off payment, they turned it into a subscription which cost me significantly more than the original 1 off. Scammer behaviour.

I called there once back in November 2025 to just ask a question. I never thought I would be charged $49.95
I every month since then. I have spoken to four people since early April asking to cancel the “account” I never knew I had. They’re still charging me every month. My recommendation is to never call legalanswers.com for any help whatsoever. I’m retired and on a fixed income and I never expected this. I am totally disgusted.

Scam, paid 5$ got answers from a AI bot, never talked to real person, feels like entore website built for this scam purpose to use AI to trick people into paying. Then noticed they started charging 35$, but i did not agree on anything!! Be aware of this scam website! Put the owners in the prison!

Due to unfortunate events I had to seek legal council and luckily I found the answers I was looking for using this service.

Automated responses, clearly AI. I have not learned anything new I already didn't know from my own AI. They don't even use British English spelling. I really needed ahuman touch to get a human perspective on my problem. You are also automatically signed up to a subscription - so gotta beware of that.
I just did a Google image search and it turns out that the ''real'' human Christopher Matthams also works in a company in Malta - there would be nothing wrong with that if the Malta guy's name wasn't Noah Farrugia. I was assured by Christopher today that he's a real person. Yeah, right! So....isn't lying illegal?

do not trust. they answe£r one query for me quoting £5 and have subsequantly taken from my card £2 x£35. Never agreed to sign up for that and recieved no further advice so paying for nothing. Do not trust. They have sent a generic response below but i already gave them all that and they offered to reund £15 so i am having to go through my bank

This is wonky, and I don't trust this company any more. I talked to one person who refused and completeley dodged being asked if they are a lawyer after unprofessionalism. I sent a compaint to someone at the BAR Association, and the government facilities never do anything, and they won't even look into it. So ther e is no protection, and when I called to complain, the represenative hardly spoke english.
