This company uses predatory billing…
This company uses predatory billing practices. I canceled my trial subscription and they officially sent me two confirmation emails stating that my subscription was canceled and my request for full data deletion was accepted.Despite confirming in writing that my personal data and payment details were being purged, their system illegally kept my credit card on file. A few days later, they automatically charged my card USD 39.00 for a service I did not use and a PDF file I never even downloaded.When I reached out to customer support, they completely ignored my cancellation screenshots, refused to let me speak to a supervisor, and kept repeating the same automated, unhelpful script.

"Beware! This site is a subscription trap. They charge 35 THB for a trial but secretly charge 1,290 THB every 28 days without sending any email notification. Pure scam!

The merchant emailed me claiming they "refunded my payment" and asked me to delete this 1-star review. However, it was a LIE. They didn't refund any money. They only offered me a free "PDF Safety Guide" ebook instead of my 1,290 THB. Do not fall for their deceptive support emails. They are trying to trick me into deleting the review without giving a real refund. Absolutely dishonest business!
