No warning they're about to charge you for a subscription then no refund option. #updated#Requested a refund but they outright refused quoting their very unfair T's & C's. They wouldn't even refund the unused part of my subscription so as they charged my credit card I have started a chargeback request. They have updated their website partly due to this review I suspect so I hope that stops anyone else falling for their unfair practices

I was disappointed to find that the rep who visited my house to quote for a new front door used sales tactics I thought were a thing of the past. I just wanted a quote but was offered a 'special price' for which he was doing me a personal favour and he had to phone his manager to get approval but I had to agree on the day. This is the sort of thing BBC Watchdog used to cover on a regular basis and I didn't think was still going on, how wrong I was. I admit I caved and placed and order but on reflection decided to cancel. To be fair to Safestyle they accepted my cancellation without any quibbles.

I was sent an email with link to tracking info, parcel was delivered in given time slot. This was the second Yodel delivery in seven days, whatever their past reputation I've had absolutely no issues with recent deliveries

Just got cold called. First alarm bell - no physical company contact details on website, only phone numbers. Second alarm bell - website is registered to a P.O. Box in Panama. I suspect a boiler room scam.
