I have known Darren for a while now as he carries out gas safety certification and PAT testing at my properties. He always keeps me informed and goes above and beyond in his work. I always seek him out to carry out testing at my properties as I know the job will get done properly. I highly recommend him.

Came on time good communication great service

I have never had an issue with the inspections and the technicians are always professional. The admin staff however are another story. There is one girl who speaks so quietly that you cannot catch her name (probably intentionally) and is utterly unwilling to do anything to help at all. I have had an issue getting my gas safe certificate signed off and while Joselle was very helpful, this other girl will not lift a finger to try to resolve anything. I am beyond frustrated and concerned as there is a deadline to getting this sorted which she was utterly ambivalent about. Probably the worst 'customer service' person I have ever spoken to.
