The Multicerts Team is AMAZING
The Multicerts Team is quite simply AMAZING! From the moment I first picked the phone up to Stacey I knew I was in very competent and friendly hands. The inspection of my flat revealed a number of issues. All the electricians who came were knowledgeable, hardworking and helpful. Mal, Klinsman ( who worked solidly until 10pm fitting a new fusebox), Babek and Loren were all incredible. And a special mention for John who is just so understanding and efficient- even answering my email at 9pm on a Bank Holiday Sunday. AND, as well as wonderful customer service, Multicerts is very good value! I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Unfortunately, during an inspection our engineer has to first identify and assess any issues before remedial work can be carried out. In some cases, even where the repair itself may appear relatively small, the correct parts, additional time or a separate appointment may be required to complete the work safely and properly.
We do appreciate your comments and will always look at ways we can make the process as convenient as possible for our customers.
