Paul C has been to our flat at St James Quay Norwich this morning, he made a fantastic job of our water leak damaged skirting board! He also gave me advice as to where to go to replace some things that need fixing! Above and beyond! He was very friendly and made the whole experience easy! Molly

Paul C from start to finish was exceptional. His professionalism and attention to detail way exceeded my expectations and the quality of the work he undertook was fantastic. Paul took the time to consider each job, talk me through what he would do and what would be required to fix each issue and planned out his day around what items would need time for drying etc so he was always able to work on something. I worked from home that day and he was super considerate of that while touching base with me when he needed to to discuss various items. He walked me through each job he had completed allowing me to review and assess the work. Paul’s attention to detail shone throughout the day as he noticed aspects I had not yet noticed (due to only being in the home a short while) minimising the need to return later down the line. A Huge thank you to Paul, I couldn’t recommend and thank him enough.

Petter miller is a really great person always smiling and friendly and sorts his appointments right away when he knows he needs to get back and tells the Customer straightaway when the next appointment will be so we can book it in together. He’s very friendly on his job and very efficient and gives me the Break Down on when he expected to come back and what his next step is with the job thank you so much I hope to see you soon.

In February I had a flood in my roof which damaged my entire bedroom. After calling hill group I hit the jackpot and my call was answered by Emma Ayers. After months of her persistence and excellent communication going back and forth with hill and my housing association all work has now been completed decorating and refurbishment all I believe is down to Emma’s compassion and understanding about the stress of the situation.
She has not only carried out her job to the max she has also had to listen to me cry and complain over the last 5 months which must have taken a toll on her.
I would like to thank her for going above and beyond her role in customer care she is a credit to your company.

Today I had a decorator in my property I would just like to thank him massively for not only his excellent work but also his consideration for making sure I was happy with his completed work. Friendly and went above and beyond what was expected of him.

I highly recommend Michael Chapman. He is extremely professional, hardworking, and responsible. He did an excellent job painting our ceiling with great attention to detail and high-quality workmanship. After completing the work, he cleaned everything thoroughly, leaving the area spotless. We are very happy with his work.

I am rating my viewing and sales experience with Hill in Lampton, Hounslow. We met with Mr. Hoss Eddin, and Hoss was very kind, calm, and approachable. He made us feel welcome, and he answered all of our questions. The property and the units that we viewed seemed well built and sturdy. The viewings and conversation were comfortable and low-pressure. We look forward to exploring our options further, and we hope to continue working with Hoss through this process.

The company is very sensitive of the needs of their residents. We went there on a Sunday to ask for a little something ( a useful keychain) and the person who was there, Hoss, readily and happily gave not just 1 but 2 of those. These little things are appreciated. We are happy living in the place knowing that there are people we can call on if we need anything.
