Nesha in the Aftercare team has been very helpful and efficient, organising repairs, assiduously chasing up contractors when necessary and checking in with us on progress. It has been much appreciated.

We visited the Story homes site and show home at Scotby Grove Carlisle.
Amanda at the show house was engaging helpful and gave us really good advice and information about the houses available and tailored it to our requirements.
Excellent first class service and fantastic well equipped quality homes.

Fiona was really helpful and answered all of our burning questions. We turned up unannounced but she made time for us and was very friendly and easy to talk to. We look forward to hopefully dealing with her again soon.

Visited Scotby Grange to enquire about the availability of homes that would suit my son who is in the market for a stater home , Amanda was great , gave me lots of information in respect of the the scheme how to start the process, what the steps were and what possibilities were for homes on the development, can’t fault Amanda for her knowledge and friendly manner. Had our shower tray replacement completed by Paul. Very satisfied, he was polite, friendly and the job was completed with no mess.

Bethany from the AfterCare service has been really helpful in getting a few snags rectified. When we reported an issue, people we sent out the following day to get this fixed. Mick also came out to check everything was ok. She has been great at keeping us informed about another that was reported which isn’t fixed directly by Story. Would definitely use the service again!

Mark came around to sort some internal doors that were sticking/wouldn’t close.

Spoke to both Naila & Emma with regards to reserving a plot at Elmbrook Park, Coppull they were both very helpful. We arranged an appointment with Emma and the process was very easy and our plot has now been reserved, great service.

We have recently secured our dream home with Story Homes at Stonebrook meadows in Garstang, and we honestly couldn’t be more excited about starting this journey as a family.

A huge part of our experience so far has been down to Mark, our sales advisor. We actually met Mark initially quite some time ago, and since then we’ve spoken to and dealt with a number of different sales people, on different development’s/different builders, but we ultimately came back to Mark because of the type of sales person he is, which ultimately got us into Story Homes; this led us to see the company for what it is, build quality, finish etc — and we’re so glad we did.

From the very beginning, Mark has been absolutely amazing. He is friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful, and he has made what can be a very daunting process feel exciting and enjoyable. We never felt pressured, and he has always taken the time to listen, answer our questions and make us feel like we really matter as customers.

We genuinely feel that we’ve found our dream home, and we’re so excited to see it all come to life. We can’t wait to continue our journey with Story Homes and, most importantly, with Mark, as we watch our home take shape and see our family’s next chapter begin.

We have just completed on our new home on Story Home's Robinson Fields development. Everyone involved in the purchase of our new home, from reservation to post completion, has been outstanding. Brooke, Amber and Rachel helped us through each stage of the purchase process. Their in-depth knowledge of the products and processes ensured everything ran smoothly. Thank you very much. Post completion aftercare has been top class too, with visits from Kyle and Phil to make sure everything was to our satisfaction. Thank you too. We love our new home. The quality is exceptional. Fencing, turf, solar panels and EV charger came as standard. The materials used are of exceptional quality. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Story Homes to anyone wanting to live in a new home.

I just wanted to share my experience reserving a plot with Emma at Elmbrook Park. Her calm, welcoming and professional nature is what stood out the most . From making an initial phone call to reserving a plot, Emma has been amazing. I would even go as far as to say, she was just as excited as my partner and I when we reserved the plot.

I was shocked by her knowledge of the property we were interested in. I expected Emma to know the basic's of the home type and structure, however Emma knew about the intricate details of the Dawson. So much so, it left me telling her that she really knows her stuff.

Emma is a huge asset to the company and without her I am not sure if we would have purchased house so quickly.

Michael has been brilliant in solving any difficulties with snags that have occurred within our home. He has been kind, polite, and responsive, ensuring any issues were resolved in a very timely manner. We appreciated the follow up call to ensure everything agreed had been completed. Michael has made the process seamless - thanks!

I wanted to take this opportunity to highlight the fantastic service my wife and I received at one of your sales offices earlier today.

We are in the process of looking for a new home and having visited many other developers and (quite frankly) being not impressed with the service and / or first impressions we had received during our search, until we happened to visit Sadler Woods in Eaglescliffe and met with James Taylor.

What a WONDERFUL experience we had, the service provided by James and his attentive / caring manner I have to say (compared to the other so called 5 star) developers, was not only far superior but I would go as far as to say, second to none.

I am very much a stickler for detail, being OCD by nature, and as such presumed my endless property and development questions would (as already experienced elsewhere) be tiresome for Story Homes (as it seemed for other developers) - how wrong I was, James was not only a fountain of knowledge, but also listened to each and every question and gave us all the information we needed as opposed to what we wanted to hear.

Truly outstanding service provided by James, so much so we have immediately reserved our new home on Phase 2 and cannot wait to complete on the same.

Story Homes Sadler Woods are by far head and shoulders above all other developers in Eaglescliffe and deserve their 5 STAR RATING!!!

I would highly recommend them and if you are looking to buy your next house or even first home - JAMES is the man who will for sure help you realising your dreams.

Fantastic experience, Sean at Beaumont grange was helpful throughout with excellent advice and really made the process so much easier ! And the house is amazing quality from story, 5/5 from me !
