The short answer is don't use this company. I recently organised a gas certificate with this company and it was reorganised 3 times . When an engineer finally came he completed the gas inspection and the boiler service in about 25 mins. He was unable to alter the pressure on the boiler as the key was missing. All of the previous inspections going back 6 years have been completed without it as most plumbers routinely carry a selection of compatible keys. The engineer said he would go to the shop and get one and would return in approximately 10 mins. He left and didn't return. The company phoned me to tell me that he would not be returning as he was frightened of me!. This I later discovered was a lie. The company said they would send their usual plumber to rectify this who did have the appropriate equipment to adjust the pressure. This appointment was again rearranged by them 3 more times and when the engineer did turn up it was the same guy who came the first time and he didn't have a key!!!! He also confirmed that the company has advised him not to buy the key. Never will I use this company again for any of my properties.

I recently used Landlords Certificate Ltd for a Landlord Gas Safety Certificate and had a great experience. Although there was initially a miscommunication regarding the appointment time slot, it was picked up quickly, and a new time frame was arranged for later the same day.
The communication and customer service from Jada and Andrew were excellent throughout. They kept me informed, resolved the issue promptly, and made the whole process straightforward.
