Great package bundle: EPC, EICR + Gas
We booked a packaged service for EPC rating, EICR and Gas certificates.
Their online booking system was already clear, but I decided to phone and talk with their customer service, who were kind and accommodating. They confirmed availability, and then sent me a confirmation email to pay.
I received a morning time window (8 to 1, if I recall correctly), and the engineer who did the EICR and Gas certificates sent a message about 30 minutes before he arrived. He worked quickly and professionally, and I got the results a few days after.
I was already explained that the EPC rating would be performed by a different engineer: since the original engineer couldn't make it in the booked time, I contacted the office who tried to allocate a separate one. I then communicated with that 2nd engineer directly, and while the appointment ended up being moved, she came a few days later, and went through all checks quickly and professionally too.
That was a little inconvenience, but overall the experience has certainly been very positive. I will repeat when I need to carry out new checks. Thanks!

Polite, professional and timely
From the initial contact for booking to completion the experience has been a positive one. The support staff - Mr Ibrahim and the visiting engineer Mr Gurjeet were friendly, polite and professional. The booking process was easy with a simple phone call. The property check was thorough and the certificate provided in a timely manner. I used the same company engineer in 2014 and am sure will use them again in the future.

Excellent 5 star Service
Ibrahim was extremely helpful in organising everything at very short notice. He liaised with my tenant, who is very difficult to deal with, and ensured the inspection went as smoothly as possible.
Umar, who carried out the inspection, was also very cooperative and kept me updated throughout the process. Without their help and professionalism, this inspection would not have been possible.
