An amazing bed
We had been looking at beds from several different retailers before visiting Mattressman Staples Corner, and we're so glad we did. The main reason we decided to buy from Mattressman was Michelle. She was incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and was proactive in helping us find the right bed and mattress for our needs.
The quality of the bed is excellent, and the mattress is absolutely wonderful—we've been really impressed with both and are very happy with our purchase.
A big thank you to Michelle for providing such outstanding customer service. She made what could have been an overwhelming decision so much easier. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mattressman Staples Corner, especially if you're lucky enough to be helped by Michelle!

Good selection of mattresses on website site. Ordering was easy and had no problem until delivery. The courier left mattress at neighbours unsigned for. Plastic cover was ripped and dirty. Have told company who promised to look into but heard nothing back.

Flawless transaction!! Easy ordering process and a speedy delivery. Very happy with new mattress. Mattress protector I feel was a bit pricey and the charge for removal of old mattress isn't really £30 it's £50... You can't remove the extra £20 to bring mattress in to room of own choice when selecting remove old mattress. We'd brought old mattress to the front door and it only had to be carried about 20 feet so that was a needless added charge I could have done without. That aside I'm more than happy with my new mattress...
