Helpful, efficient, friendly service.

My new mattress should have arrived on Friday 30th October. The delivery firm had mislaid my mattress.
I phoned customer service and spoke to Richard. They were keen to help and offered an immediate resolution. I was happy to wait until Monday 2nd - the mattress arrived and the delivery people were friendly and helpful.
I was very happy with customer service and the outcome.

I have had great experience with this company. They go to great lengths to solve and problem over and above my expectations.

So I had several different delays with the delivery, however after speaking with the customer service team, Oscar stood out the most! He was kind and compassionate whilst remaining professional at all times! He took on board everything that I’ve said or requested and did what I feel was above and beyond to get things moving along! Had it not have been for his kind and calm demeanour over the phone, I would’ve cancelled my order!

Excellent communication regarding delivery. Very impressed by the two men who delivered our new mattress and removed our old one...friendly, efficient and thoughtful.
When we visited the showroom to choose our mattress, we were impressed by the salesman who guided us through the process.
This is the second purchase we've made from Mattressman. We highly recommend to others.

Delivery really good and staff very helpful

Had a super king mattress delivered and the old one taken away. Both Brandon and Ben were lovely, very polite and took care of everything, even removing the rubbish for us, which I thought to be a nice touch. Both a credit the company.
The ordering process was quite straight forward too. The gentleman in store who helped us last week again was lovely and very helpful, providing us with information and insight we wouldn’t have gotten from ordering online.
Would definitely recommend, everyone was superb.
Special mention for Brandon and Ben again who delivered to us today, who arrived early, took their shoes off before coming in, and complimented my downstairs cloakroom art 😂 - thanks guys!

We ordered a bed frame from this company.
The customer service was great.
The bed arrived and we checked it all over as it was white wood. Not a mark.
The instructions and bolts etc were easy to follow and the correct amount of screws etc.
I would have no hesitation on recommending this company

Got conflicting instructions on how to set up the mattress from delivery driver compared to online and instructions on box weren’t detailed enough but when I phoned the helpdesk to clarify they were very helpful.
