So I had several different delays with the delivery, however after speaking with the customer service team, Oscar stood out the most! He was kind and compassionate whilst remaining professional at all times! He took on board everything that I’ve said or requested and did what I feel was above and beyond to get things moving along! Had it not have been for his kind and calm demeanour over the phone, I would’ve cancelled my order!

Every person I’ve spoken to on the phone have been polite, respectful and very helpful!

Extremely helpful, polite and welcoming staff, right from when I first went to look at the place, to the contact in between the date, the setting up, bar staff and cleaning down!!
All my guests have said how friendly the bar staff were! The lady helped load everything from the cars to the room and then also helped with the organising the cake and a clean down of the room. (I thought this was my task to do, but everyone mucked in and helped out)

I couldn’t have asked for a better venue with better staff, they have been brilliant throughout the whole process, nothing is too much for them! Thankyou for helping me plan, decorate and carry out my 30th birthday party!!
