Good Looking Bed in Two Packs…
The bed arrived quickly in two packages and was easy to assemble, although it was almost like starting from scratch with so many individual pieces ! Compared to other flat packs this one is much better with clear instructions and the parts fit together really well. The only item that wasn't really any good was the spanner so you may want to use your own. The reason for 4 and not 5 stars down to the number of parts and the useless spanner! It will take between 2 and 3 hours for one person and would be useful for a second person to lift the mattress frame on at the end.

The bed is great but instructions were very poor, 3 different people struggled to understand but we put bed togther eventually , good quality, great communication re: delivery cannot believe it came the next day!

Bed is well made and sturdy
Bed is well made and sturdy. Quite complex even for a experienced diy'er to put to together, difficult as a one man job.
Having 2 people is probably the best option. Happy with Bed, hopefully last many years

I ordered and assembled the Super Bed…
I ordered and assembled the Super Bed bed frame, but I am very disappointed with the quality. The bed rails make constant squeaking noises even with normal use, which is unacceptable for a newly purchased bed frame.
I have already raised a complaint regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response. I expected a much better-quality product, and this experience has been very disappointing.

My family and I are very pleased with…
My family and I are very pleased with the quality of the bunk beds. They seem very sturdy and I like the colour of the wood and the mattress is fine. My two adult sons put them together. My grandsons are very happy.
My only gripe was with the delivery which took three attempts as there appeared to be some sort of misunderstanding between Happy Beds and the delivery company.

Horrendous scent
Nice looking and ok quality but it’s been nearly two weeks and the smell of the bedframe is horrendous. It smells like manure, which apparently means there may be bug issues. I’ve tried rubbing the wood down but to no avail.

Bit tricky to score Happy Beds
Bit tricky to score Happy Beds, so will do this bit by bit.
Delivery-10/10-Call received an hour before. Pleasant guys delivered with care.
Actual Bed-7/10-None of the drilled ‘slat’ holes lined up. Had to widen some to get to fit. Other drilled holes in frame quite shabby and not a great line up. I get it’s going to be out a little, but I do expect it to be fairly close.
Finished construction-10/10-Great bed. Drawers useful, albeit can’t put anything with any weight in there as a bit flimsy, but on the whole it’s good.

Impressive service all round. Good communication, pleasant delivery guys. Bed is great quality for the price, good and solid. Built it by myself in about and hour and a half, not too difficult. Looks more expensive than it was. Happy buyer.

Pictures are deceiving
Disappointed with purchase had I of opened the parcel prior to dismantling old bed I would have returned instead.
Was super excited to get the new bed as had been looking for a bed with maximum underbed storage and the Kingston ottoman bed exceeded all others.
The “velvet” material appears to be a cheaper/synthetic velvet is the only way I can describe its not as luxury and expensive as it appears on the website.
Instructions could do with a review as not as good as could be had to take bed apart as the ends of the frame were on the wrong ends
Delivery men were lovely and put in a room of my choice, bed arrived 2.5 hours after the 2 hour slot time but was informed via text and email earlier on in the day that was a 2 hour delay and was given a phone call 30 mins before arrival.

I’m so disappointed in happy beds I got…
I’m so disappointed in happy beds I got my child’s bed delivered over a week ago and thay did not deliver he’s mattress thay promised to re deliver it the next day but didn’t by that time I had already gotten rid of he’s old bed and bilt he’s new bed the same day it came waiting on he’s mattress for him to sleep on unfortunately he’s still waiting and having to sleep on the sofa wits not right he’s been really excited about getting he’s new bed and mattress as he out grown he’s first toddler bed iv tried always to get them to re delivere iv rang every number I can and messaged them iv even emailed them no help wot so ever thay just saying there waiting to see were in the factory is it at before thay can deliver it should of been delivered with the bed as I did pay for that and both was in stock the delivery driver forgot to put it in the van apparently but still not been delivered

No Happy Bed for Us
Found a stunning bed to finish our renovated bedroom off. Booked delivery in super quick time. Took delivery today, only problem when I asked the delivery team where the 3rd box of 3 was he shrugged his shoulders and said probably another delivery. No help at all. Contacted Beds and have to wait 48hrs now to track the missing box. No bed now for god knows how long, No Happy Beds for us.
