Ordered a bed, delayed but sorted for next day delivery!
Ordered a bed, and worried it was delayed when I received an email, but when I contacted F123, Samuel Mancilla was absolutely brilliant. Super kind and friendly and happy to help us (despite contacting the payments team by accident) and he get our bed rescheduled to be delivered the next day! Thank you Samuel!

Damaged item incompentence
What an absolute shambles of a company ! Delivered a damaged item .. arranged for replacement and removal of item then turned up with no replacement! Phoned customer service with no conclusion or solution for the complaint to be escalated! So now I have a table top with no pedestal sitting in the dining room and this company are expecting accept a refund of delivery for an item that was damaged in first place ! This is a breach of contract update 953am call back from case worker Maria …. No solution due to Maria “huffing” down the phone to me !!! Now passed to her manager who she said initially doesn’t make calls ! Update return call off Maria who still no solution wait 2 minutes … refund off whole amount including delivery charge and I can go and buy a new table from a much better supplier ! Just a trip to tip to sort out the useless table top!

£500 table arrived with extensive damage that has rendered it un-usable. I called customer services as soon as we opened the damaged box (delivery company also has photo of box damage)
Spoke to customer services and she created an issue number, I have submitted photos and been told I would hear within 24 hours, it has now been two days and I have heard nothing at all.
I paid for next day delivery, asked that they collected this one and replaced it with an undamaged one and absolutely nothing has been done.
I will never shop with this company again - do not recommend at all.

Without doubt the best customer service from any company I have ever received. I had a fault with a garden set and they went above and beyond to rectify and make sure I was completely satisfied.

Appalling customer service and non fulfillment of delivery
*Order ref 57378284* This company doesn't know their arse from their elbow. Paid for 'specified day' delivery, called next day to check...everything in stock and scheduled for 15/7, received email to confirm. Delivery address 100 miles away so husband went to address for 8am. Heard nothing by pm so phoned to be told not coming. Phoned every day from thereon to be told by multiple advisers based in the Philippines different stories. Email communication from 'Head of Customer Services' really poor. Unable to track delivery through Palletforce, told by one adviser they were blocked and couldn't track it either. Came to light yesterday (21th) that order had actually been cancelled by someone their end on the 15th when I originally phoned. By then I was told it was being delivered yesterday (had not much faith in that as had been told same thing on Friday) and that I would need to pay even more than I had been refunded and she would not listen to my explanation of how the price I'd paid had been calculated with a welcome discount. I gave up at that point and told them to forget it, absolute shambles which has cause me no end of stress and frustration with wasted hours on the phone over a week. I really wouldn't touch this company with a bargepole.

My chests of drawers were delivered the next day!!! They were made of solid wood, which for the price I wasn't expecting as you just don't get that anymore, I was extremely pleasantly surprised. They are amazing quality and look gorgeous!

Do not order from this company unless you want a nightmare experience. Ordered a pergola 2 weeks in advance and the DAY BEFORE it was due to be delivered, they emailed me to say it is now out of stock and offered me alternatives of a 7 seater dining set, claiming that it had similar functionality of my original order (still not sure how a dining set and pergola are similar) or another pergola which doesn't even exist (they got the product SKU wrong). Spent over 2 hours on a call with them (45 minutes of that being on hold) to be told that there is nothing that can be done other than process a refund and the Supervisor declined the call being transferred to him (apparently too busy). I don't often leave review, but they have honestly been an absolutely waste of time with 0 customer service skills or accountability for their errors.
UPDATE: after agreeing to pay an additional £300 for an alternative pergola (of course, they only more expensive ones available and in stock...), all they could apparently do is apply a £20 discount.
They agreed once I made the payment, as long as it was before 2pm, the new pergola would be delivered on the original delivery date (tomorrow) - I made the payment whilst on the phone with them.
I called them again at 2pm to confirm this and request confirmation by email only to be told that they can no longer guarantee it will be delivered on the requested date and the delivery team need up to 24 hours to action the request.
This has been the most shocking experience I have had from any online order. I wish I could give this review 1 or even minus stars...
