I purchased a Miele Blizzard CX1 a year ago. I have had the powerhead replaced (after only a few months) through the store I purchased from, no complaint there. The new powerhead does not sound robust. While it does pick up hair, I have to run over the same carpet area many times. Removing the cannister is difficult and occasionally the filter clogs and the vacuum stops running. I don't feel it performs any better than a much less expensive vacuum and I wouldn't recommend it.

Miele washing machine bought in July 2020 fault with heating water found out need new electrical board and heating element, purchased Miele because of its high praise and high end but only 6 years not good enough machine is to be scrapped moving to another brand you let yourselves down Miele just paying for name.

My vacuum cleaner broke down and as it was still under warranty , they sent dhl to collect it. It has been away for more than a month now and have not had any emails , or contact from this company regarding the repair. I have called umpteen times to chase it up and keep getting nowhere . Worst company for customer service and no one seems to know anything about where my hoover is or what is status is !!!!!
Mind blowing 🤯 I just want my hoover back ….. honestly I won’t ever buy a Miele hoover again or anything For that matter . Angry isn’t even close

This review was originally left on the Miele GB Trustpilot site, but I feel worthy of sharing on the .de site (HQ?).....This is a follow up to my review left on 3rd July 2026 (Miele GB), in response to which Miele Great Britain requested specific information about the issue and communications, which I duly supplied to them on 3rd July 2026. They then responded with comments on Trustpilot stating they were pleased that the matter was resolved and the appliance was working again. I am speechless, and have ben away on holiday in the interim hence the delayed posting - the Miele Engineers visit is scheduled for 16th July which given the call references shared with Miele GB, they should have been aware of. Beyond that, the fact remains that the £3000 appliance has failed completely after just 3 years, and Miele refuse to honour the originally offered £59 (cost of diagnostics call) credit against the fixed price repair of £309. I am heading to the Citizens Advice Bureau & Trading Standards, as I firmly believe the appliance is not of merchantable quality and the Miele Customer Service is worse than poor.

Purchased an order for just shy £3000 and the customer advice who originally placed my order was lovely and very helpful. The item was out of stock and was delayed in delivery which I wasn’t made aware of.
The price then dropped before I had any confirmation of any new delivery date so I called to advise them as I previously been advised that they offer a price match. The lady who answered the phone call this time was incredibly rude and deliberately unhelpful. She told me they do offer price match but was refusing to do so.
I have now cancelled the whole order and will shop with an alternative brand. The price match and “quality” machines is not reflected in their customer service!

The shop was great - the salesman fantastically compelling ( we bought didn't we) The installation was hopeless. I booked for a fully integrated installation and the installers couldn't remove the kick board!!!!! I, at age 70 did that. They installed the machine without properly assessing the integration and left. The door couldn't be opened and they didn't adjust the door spring so that the door just flopped oped - hopeless. I had to get the original kitchen installers to redo the whole thing. If you buy the machine ( its OK) get your own installers - not theirs

We bought a Miele dishwasher in late 2019 (black Friday sale at Harvey Norman) for our soon to be renovated house in Auckland. Finally installed new dishwasher (stored by Harvey Norman warehouse, untouched) in November 2021. Within a couple years, we experienced a big leak, called Miele and they came to repair (for a fee, mind you). We have looked after this dishwasher well, cleared filters regularly, kept salt and rinse aid topped up. Well, the dishwasher had a major leak again two months ago (May 2026) and Miele's own recommended repair team at ESI say it's unfixable and wrote a full report about how there was a slow internal leak damaging it over years. Miele's customer care have just shrugged their shoulders and offered 20% off. Well, frankly, despite the terrible service I would have just accepted a new dishwasher. But now instead, because this is a clear breach of the consumer guarantees act (dishwasher lasted 4.5 years instead of the 20 yrs that Miele says it should) and they are providing such awful customer service, we're going to take them to the Disputes Tribunal and get them to pay for the dishwasher, the floor water damage, the cabinet water damage, the previous repair fees and the court filing fees. Be forewarned: all the advertisement about Miele dishwashers being high quality and meant to last is obviously hyperbole. They don't believe in their own merchandise and their customer service shows it well. You're going to have to take them to the Disputes Tribunal to get them to respect their word.

stop putting your rubbish ads on hbo, i will never buy a meile product again
Bought a house that came with brand new Miele dishwasher (looked it up and it's really expensive) and the washer is simply the worst I have ever used. It regularly leaves food residue behind, the dishes remain way wetter than in any other air dry dishwasher I have ever encountered, the user interface is plain horrible and there is no way to continue a cycle to its end in case auto-shutoff water tap closes mid cycle. You have to start the many hour long cycle all over again (there is no separate rinse cycle either to just run through). You can get so much better products with way less money from other manufacturers that I would never consider buying Miele again.

Do not buy a Miele Dishwasher. The brand is a scam. High prices, low quality. Had our less than 5 years. Pump went after 2 years. £250 fix. Another pump this time £823 fix.

We had a dreadful experience purchasing a fridge freezer direct from Miele.
We stipulated delivery date so that my husband could take the day off work when it was to arrive. It was supposed to arrive yesterday between 8.30 and 10.30am. At 8.15 we had a text to say it would not be coming that day. This is after I had defrosted and emptied my old fridge which they were supposed to be taking away..
Miele use a delivery company called Arrowe Exel who were awful. When I finally managed to talk to someone there(after their call back option didn’t work) they could not provide any satisfaction solution or explanation as to why my order would not be delivered but said they would deliver it the following day.
When it was delivered today and unboxed in my kitchen, it had a huge dent on the corner of the appliance.
We refused to accept the delivery and would never order off Miele again while they use such incompetent haulage companies.
Our experience with the Miele call handlers was also very poor. They could not offer anything to compensate us for the rubbish experience.
We cancelled the order and requested our money back. We went to AOL instead.

Terrible customer service. I had a repair done in 2024 on a dishwasher and paid the engineer by card immediately afterwards.
Over a year later I received a surprise letter informing me that I was in default for this invoice.
I spent a long time on the phone to a 'customer services' agent, providing her with a screenshot of my bank statement showing the payment. She later sent me an email assuring me that the payment had been located and my account was clear and that I would receive no further demands. Then six months later I received another threatening letter for the same invoice. I spent over half an hour on the phone to an agent who could barely speak English and couldn't be bothered to find the previous emails and struggled to open the ones I resent. I provided the same details again (bank statement, payment information). She opened an invoice dispute but I heard nothing more. I chased again today. An agent kept me on hold for 20 minutes then he immediately hung up. I sent a follow-up email and was then sent a very generic 'we are conducting a thorough investigation' email with 'apologies for the inconvenience'. Sorry but this goes way beyond 'inconvenience'.
Do not buy anything from Miele. Their products are not that good (the dishwasher was only a few years old when it failed), the repairs very expensive (£200 for a tiny circuit board on the water inlet). Accounts Department incompetent if not fraudulent and Customer Service the very opposite of the name.
UPDATE 2026-06-29 I had a call and an email today confirming that the invoice had indeed been paid when I said it had, and that I would receive no further letters, so thanks to Jens and Elizabeth for getting this sorted out. What a shame I had to go through Trustpilot to get through to some capable staff.
I do have to note the irony of a company that exhorts customers to pay more for something better yet itself decides to cut costs by not performing proper checks on default letters and also by outsourcing its customer services to a staggeringly useless offshore company. They may be cheap but the reputational damage they cause is immense.

DO NOT BUY!I bought a Triflex HX1 Cat & Dog vacuum in May 2024. After approx 8 months of usage the vacuum breaks down. I send it out for repair as instructed. I get it back and with in a few weeks I had to send it back out again because it wasn’t working, again. At this point I’m very annoyed, you don’t normally expect something to break not one but twice in a matter of weeks. The machine has a 2 yr warranty. One of the reps told me during one of the calls that if it breaks again they will consider it a lemon and will replace it. Well, guess what, it breaks again!! It’s not retaining any of the hard debris it sucks in. So once it stops running, all the crumbs, seeds and whatever it just picked up winds up in the floor. So now I have a $800 vacuum that I have to use a broom to clean up after. The company was very responsive to emails and they wanted me to send it out for repairs, again. Which I refused. I shouldn’t have to go through this again for the third time. They had the nerve to offer me a 20%discount on a replacement piece, not a replacement, on a vacuum that is less than 2 yrs old. Which is totally unacceptable especially after I was told it will be replaced if it breaks for the third time. So now the company stopped calling and I’m stuck with a piece of garbage machine that does not work the way it’s supposed to. Buy at your own risk. It’s definitely NOT built to last.

I bought the Miele G 4263 SCVi fully integrated dishwasher in 2019, fully believing the company’s heavy marketing about "German premium quality" and appliances built to last for 20 years. What a massive joke and a waste of premium money.
After just a few years of normal, standard household use, the machine completely died. The diagnostic by an authorized technician revealed that the main electronic board (PCB) failed. To make matters worse, the board cannot be repaired, and a full replacement costs almost as much as a brand-new machine from another brand. Essentially, this "premium" appliance is now expensive plastic and metal scrap.
It is absolutely unacceptable for a luxury-priced brand to have fatal electronic failures so early on. I have owned mass-market, significantly cheaper dishwashers in the past that ran for over 12 years without a single hiccup.
Miele’s famous slogan "Immer Besser" (Forever Better) clearly does not apply to their modern electronics. If you expect a reliable appliance that will last, look elsewhere. Paying a premium price for Miele no longer guarantees premium quality. Utterly disappointed.

UPDATE ... Thank you TrustPilot, thank you Miele for genuinely reading and acting on comments. After posting, immediately a Miele employee rang. Apparently there was an error somewhere in my first request and it was jammed in a loop, hence the considerable delay
Service appointments made in one working day. Very competent, polite and friendly Engineer came and gave both vintage machines a thorough testing .. minor parts needed for the 30+ year old washing machine, which he had in his van otherwise top working order
I am very happy with this outcome and will revert to my gut, and remain loyal to Miele
Thank you

Every possible appliance in our house is Miele, it used to be quality. Warning bells started last year, dishwasher 14 months old, F11 code and an Engineer had to be called. 3 weeks wait Yes, this is common fault, a design error, I have the new part here, problem solved, but despite the machine being new and a design fault, s1sttill charged for call out and part
2 weeks ago we rang for an appointment to service a washing machine and tumble dryer (job nos 0312443626 and 0312443628) we were told someone will ring us, despite us ringing you, EVERY DAY, no appointment. We will be charged for 2 call outs and of course any costs, ok, love my miele products. But trust has disappeared and today, we rang again to cancel the job. But someone will ring you ... yep. We will now review other brands and, for the first time in over 30 years buy a non miele product. We have extractor fan in a specific ral colour, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, cooker, coffee machine, vac cleaner.. when they need service I will replace them with another brand. I have given you the job numbers where you will find all my contact details to save you writing your standard reply. Lets see if we get any contact .. if not I will write an update here in due course

So disappointed. We decided to buy all appliances for our new kitchen and renovation from Miele as we thought they are they most premium and reliable partner. We spend a fortune on all of them, just to find there were mistakes in the quote leading us to buy a very expensive freezer we didn’t choose. Then our oven was delivered in the wrong colour way. Then my husband spotted in the manual that there needs to be something between the fridge and freezer when installing side by side. No one mentioned this? It has already been installed in a custom structure made by a joiner. Who is going to fix this mistake? Apparently the piece for in between is £800?! Is this a joke..? Then I phoned Miele with a question about an extra drawer for the freezer..I was transferred between 4 teams and 20min later told I would hear back, which of course I never did. I really do not understand this awful service and terrible experience at such a price point?! Please Miele what is this!
