Shocking online system
Shocking online system. You pay for a named day delivery only for it to arrive on a different day. Spoke to customer services who said they couldn't do anything.

I am sorry we were unable to fulfil the delivery option which you opted for. We never expect delays of this nature to occur and do everything we can to deliver within expected time frames, especially when you have paid for an express service. I can see that this has since been delivered to you and I hope that you are happy with the item which you have received. Due to the delays which you have experienced, I have refunded the delivery surcharge (the extra paid for the nominated day delivery compared to our standard delivery). While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
