I bought some Mercury safety boots as a Christmas present for my partner. He started wearing them in February 24 when his others had worn out. One of the boots has split between the sole and boot. On one pair of trousers the stitching on the pocket has gone. I have been trying to contact mad5tools for 3 months. There doesn't appear to be a phone number which is answered and emails are not replied to. Would not buy from these again. Gave them 2 stars as the items were delivered very quickly

Be aware this is a scam company. I'm a 34 waist, bought some joggers in size L and looked like Freddie Mercury. Attempted to contact company by phone to arrange an exchange however there is never an agent available. Sent them an email and the response was they had generated a ticket number, however despite sending countless emails I got no further response. So oi would suggest you try to contact thier customer services prior to ordering and see if you get a response. If not don't order as if there's a problem you will not get a resolution.

Glad I contacted my bank for a refund says company now closed on website

I placed an order end of march. had a call to say half the order would not be available till 22nd March. I have had 0 contact with them they have ignored emails from me and there phone perminantly says no one available to take my call. I think i have been robbed!

It’s scam company they never deliver never refund them phones be lines set up to voicemail during working hours and differently when close.All set up like trick you.

when it comes to a refund, they don't bother to answer. Thieves ! I don't recommend shopping there.

I ordered a pair of steel tie cap work boots for my son. They arrived on time however they were too big. I have returned and requested a smaller size but have heard absolutely nothing and it’s been 3+ weeks. Still don’t know if I’m going to receive them! Grrrr 😡
