The woman who served us was over and above helpful she made the journey from Milton Keynes worthwhile

As usual Lakeland has such a fabulous array of products that I find it difficult to just buy the item I went to the shop for - I rarely leave without a couple of extra items " I just can't do without " 😊

I had been to two shops to buy an oven mat with no luck. I went into Lakeland, asked a member of staff and she went straight to it. I paid her and it was an efficient and pleasant experience!

I was given an air fryer, boxed, never used. 2nd use and plastic divider had melted.

Contacted Lakeland to make them aware of possible design fault, was told without an orde number they would not engage with the issue. I stated I was not expecting refund or replacement but to inform them of a serious issue with a lakeland branded product, was told cannot help, asked to escallate to manager and was told they would say exactly the same... Raised now with trading standards. Enquired if call centre was based in cunbria, told it was not in this country, im guessing Lakeland have contracted support to third party

Staff at Bluewater Lakeland are very helpful and knowledgeable. Also very friendly at the checkout.

Just popped in for a browse and came out with ‘Stuff :)’. Food thermometer , which I’ve wanted for a while, and freezer bags, for homemade soup.
And to be honest, could have bought more but needed to rein it in a bit due to Christmas.

Good product at reasonable price, helpful staff.

Bought a heated throw online. Was evidently faulty as it only achieved mild heat even on maximum setting. Arranged a courier to collect on Tuesday. No one turned up. Got an email saying they would arrive next day between 16:30 and 17:30. No one turned up. Got another email saying they were coming the same day between 14:30 and 15:30 instead. No one turned up. Checked tracking and it said ‘item has already been collected’ - item is in my hallway! Sent various emails to Lakeland, no reply or acknowledgement to any if them. Rang a customer service advisor today who said they only accept returns for hygiene items if they are faulty. Once receuved, they check and if not faulty, they send it back to the customer. What!!!! How can a heated throw put over my lap to test whilst fully clothed be a hygiene issue? ? Asked to speak to a manager but was told they were all out’. Was assured by the advisor that a manager would call me back today. Nobody called. No reply to several emails, all just ignored..
Would never use this company again. Appalling, disinterested terrible customer service.
